I am really looking forward to renewing my home-brewing career with Cooper's! No, I have not returned from the dead , my newly grown up sons have moved out (again) and it is now safe to begin brewing good beer! While they were in residence, I could not keep up with demand and hiding my brew from the thirsty was no fun, along with setting a bad example. Even though my labor is relatively cheap, trying to compete with commercial products, while a snap from a quality perspective, was impossible from a quantity angle.
I am aiming to have some Special Pumped Up Cooper's IPA for Thanksgiving!
