Did you know the point of Labor Day is to honor working citizens—and has been for more than 120 years? Yup! Beyond parades, picnics, barbeques, and water play, the summer finale has always been about recognizing yourself for all the hard work you do—right before you get into fall’s crunch-time. With that in mind, we have provided a recipe for bbq ribs. Enjoy! Goes well with any Coopers homebrew. My personal favorite is the Heritage Lager. Cheers!
