Yesterday we made the Coopers International Series Canadian Blonde. This is a great beer for the summer. Some people like to add honey to it. We like it straight up. This is what it looked like after one day of fermentation.

Re: Coopers Canadian Blonde I just kegged my second batch of honey blonde. It is probably my favorite. I just add 1 1/2 lbs of light dry malt and a lb of honey and let it ferment for 2 weeks. Excellent beer!!
