Ingredients:
1 can 1.7 kg Coopers Draught Beer kit
1 kg Coopers Brew Enhancer 1

300 grams Golden Syrup

Golden syrup is a thick, amber-colored form of inverted sugar syrup, made in the process of refining sugar cane juice into sugar, or by treatment of a sugar solution with acid. It is used in a variety of baking recipes and desserts. It has an appearance similar to honey, and is often used as a substitute for people who do not eat honey. It can also be used as a substitute for corn syrup.

Method:
Dissolve Coopers Draught, Brew Enhancer 1 and Golden Syrup in 2 liters of hot water . Fill in fermenter with cool water to the 21 liter mark and stir. Sprinkle supplied yeast over the wort surface. Ferment temperature should be close to 20C as possible. Bottle when specific gravity has reached 1.012 (or two readings the same over 24 overs).
