It's official! It just reached 100 degrees in Seattle. As a result I have relocated my office temporarily to my back porch where I am joined by recently brewed and kegged Canadian Blonde.
Cheers!!

Right now I'm just kicking back on my deck and sipping on the Coopers Premium Selection Series Australian Bitter. Very tasty!! But I think the Canadian Blonde I have in fermenter would taste better. It's too hot for a heavy beer.

I just wanted to share a cool video I saw on Vimeo recently. It is a series of 6 x 15 sec stop-motion TVC's produced for Kwp! Advertising. Produced in partnership with Quench studios in October 2008.
Each spot features a music-related question posed by the actions of Coopers bottle caps and bottles with the answers revealed at the end.

Last week I received a direct Twitter message from a MakeBeer customer who was having problems with carbonation. He made the Coopers Original Series Draught and after 12 days in the bottle, it was still not carbonated. When he opened his bottles, gas was released but the beer itself was flat. I suggested that he put his bottles in the refrigerator for a couple of days so that the gas can be absorbed into the beer. After the CO2 has been absorbed, you can remove your beers from the refrigerator and let them age at room temperatures.
If you have any questions or any tips, let us know.
Cheers!!
