Making the Coopers IPA

Yesterday, I made the Coopers IPA and recorded it for your viewing pleasure. This is a great beer and it's quick and easy. After the fermentation is complete I am considering dry hopping with an ounce of Kent Golding hops. Cheers!!

 My Coopers Real Ale that I made with the reinvigorated yeast from the Coopers Sparkling Ale will be bottled by the end of this week. I dry-hopped the beer over the weekend with 2 ounces of Cascade hops. I'm really looking forward to this beer.

Using the Coopers Yeast from the Sparkling Ale

Yesterday I made a beer using the yeast that harvested from the Coopers Sparkling Ale bottles. It was a resounding success. The beer I made was a Coopers Real Ale.

Less than 24 hours later this is the result in the fermenter.
